Steve has been with the organization since 1996, when he was hired as a part-time member of the Facility Maintenance team. Since then, he has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Throughout his tenure, Steve has held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility, contributing significantly to the success of Andwell’s mission.
In this role, Steve will serve on the organization’s Executive Leadership Team, leading the continued evolution of Andwell Health Partners’ digital capabilities and data-driven decision-making to support exemplary clinical and operational performance. He will oversee the development of a state-of-the-art Information Technology Center of Excellence, expand the Health Informatics team in support of our electronic health record platforms, and enhance data analytics capabilities through predictive analytics and a comprehensive data warehouse.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Steve will provide strategic leadership in governance matters, including patient and employee experience, quality, safety, security, and fiscal stewardship.
