Gifts of Remembrance
Gifts of Remembrance are made in honor of loved ones who have passed.
Gifts can be designated to certain services within our organization, for example: Hospice House or where needed the most. These gifts can be made in conjunction with funeral arrangements or in recognition of the outstanding service a loved one received from Andwell
Arrange Gifts of Remembrance
- If planning a funeral
Notify the funeral director that you want Andwell Health Partners to be designated to receive Gifts of Remembrance. The funeral home will make sure your gift designation is included in the newspaper notice. Please ask the funeral home to contact us should you like to provide donation envelopes at the service.

Memorial Stone at The Hospice House and Gosnell Memorial Hospice House
Remember a loved one while supporting end-of-life hospice care.
Commemorative stones border the gardens of each hospice house and are dedicated as a positive and transformative step towards healing. Each stone is a quiet reminder of someone who has left an imprint. By ordering an engraved stone you create a lasting memory that honors a loved one, and directly supports essential patient and family hospice services. Stones may be ordered any time throughout the year, but they are engraved and added to the garden only once a year. Each year both houses host an annual dedication ceremony for newly laid stones.

Remembrance Ornament

This year’s 2026 Remembrance Ornament coming soon! We will personalize it with your loved one’s name on a ribbon and tag, creating a touching tribute for the season. Your purchase supports hospice and home care for patients in need, while also providing healing resources to grieving families.
Ornaments are $30 each, and all ornaments within an order will be shipped to one address.
