Andwell Health Partners is pleased to offer Health Insurance Coverage through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). An ICHRA is a new and innovative way for Andwell Health Partners to offer health insurance to our employees and their eligible dependents. Annually, Andwell Health Partners sets the amounts we will reimburse employees (based on employment status, age, and geographic location) for individual coverage purchased by our employees. We have partnered with SureCo to administer the ICHRA plan.

A health savings account (HSA) is a medical, pre-tax benefit savings account that can be used with qualified high deductible health plans (HDHP). To have an HSA, you must be enrolled in an HSA compatible plan (please be sure to confirm this with SureCo and you must not be covered by Medicare (or any other Non-QHDHP).

Andwell Health Partners allows employees to set up an HSA account at the financial institution of your choice.
