How do I apply for a position at Andwell?
We are excited that you are interested in joining the team at Andwell. On our career web site, you will find a “button” that says, “View Current Career Openings.” Clicking here will bring you to Andwell’s current openings. To learn more about a position click the title and then “apply” to complete the on-line application.
Do I have to submit a resume and a cover letter?
We do require that all applications have a resume for consideration. A cover letter is not required but an option if you wish to share more information about your interest in the position and working at Andwell Health Partners!
What happens after I submit my application?
First, thank you for your interest in sharing your talents with Andwell’s patients and clients, and our team! Immediately after you apply, you will receive an email confirmation of submission. Out talent acquisition partners will review your application for alignment with the position and our organization. If we feel that you are fit for the role or even another role, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email. Please respond as quickly as you can!
Can I shadow an employee who does the job for which I am applying?
Yes! We encourage, and in some cases require, a shadow to provide candidates with a realistic, first-hand understanding of the position and our work environment. For clinical roles, this experience is referred to as a “ride along” and involves accompanying a clinician on a patient visit.
What can I expect from the interview process?
The interview process is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to get to know Andwell. You will learn more about our “why” and what brings our staff and clinicians to work every day to care for our patients and clients as well as our mission and values. Interview formats vary depending on the position and location. Most interviews include an in-person conversation while, some roles may begin with or be conducted virtually. You’ll meet a team member or member to discuss your experience, skills, and strengths. We welcome your questions and look forward to learning more about the value you would bring to Andwell!
What happens after the interview?
After the interview, we encourage you to follow up with the talent acquisition team member you’ve been working with to share your feedback and level of interest in the role. If you and the hiring manager both decide to move forward, your talent acquisition partners will contact you by phone to extend an offer. You will then receive a virtual offer letter, and formal job description, for review and electronic signature. Once the offer is accepted, we will move forward with next steps.

I recently interviewed for a position and was not selected. Can I reapply?
Yes. If you were not selected for a position, do not be discouraged, you can reapply to another role or the same role at a later date. Andwell has a wide range of opportunities that may align with your interests and experience. Please note that we do not always reconsider prior applications, so we encourage candidates to submit a new application for any role they are interested in. Connecting with a member of our talent acquisition team can also be helpful to identify roles that may be a good fit.
