- All birthing women in Androscoggin, Cumberland, and York Counties are qualified for non-skilled care such as breastfeeding support, post-partum support, safe sleep teaching, and car seat checks

Free maternal health services include:
- Post-partum care
- Newborn care instruction
- Growth and development milestones screening
- High-risk pregnancy care
