Our therapy care team provides evaluation and treatment for new or preexisting diagnoses to increase levels of safety and independence in the home.
We are a team of highly motivated and skilled physical, occupational, and speech language therapists. We assess and treat deficits in strength, swallowing, functional mobility, and challenges with self-care. We work alongside our patients to improve their quality of life, their safety, and their independence.
Our therapy services include safe mobility training, lymphedema therapy, fall reduction, adaptive equipment training, pain management, swallowing, and cognitive rehabilitation.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists and physical therapy assistants work with patients to improve strength and mobility through functional tasks and therapeutic exercises. We help teach and empower our patients to be safe and independent in their own homes with a hands-on approach to manual skill development and the use of adaptive mobility equipment.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists and certified OT assistants work with patients through specialized exercise programs and adaptive equipment assessments while teaching functional daily living skills. We work with patients on their individual treatment plans as they are recovering from illness or injury and help them to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from being independent in their own home.
Speech and Language Pathology
Speech language pathologists work closely with patients who have had a stroke or traumatic brain injury, have neurological diseases such as dementia and Parkinson’s disease, head and neck cancers, swallowing disorders, cognitive changes, voice disorders, and fluency disorders such as stuttering. Through functional assessment tools, retaining exercises, and personalized strategies, we help improve communication, speech, language, and cognition including memory, processing speed, and word finding.
