At Andwell Health Partners I learn new things every day. I am exposed to a variety of situations every time I walk into a home, and I lean on other team members and find new solutions daily. I’m surrounded by some of the best professionals in the industry, many of whom have been here for decades, and I am part of a team of caring, dedicated professionals unlike any other place I’ve worked.
Before joining Andwell six months ago, I worked in the ER, day surgery, and was part of an IV team. A benefit of working for Andwell is that I now have the ability to spend time with my patients and get to know them and their families. The culture here is one of helping and teamwork. I feel supported every day. People offer to help and are always willing to take calls or texts to help me find the answers I seek. Andwell Health Partners is an environment of caring and understanding—and the pay is great!
